My coaching methodology is rooted in co-active coaching, neuroscience and biology, traditional sport psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and applied positive psychology.
Co-active coaching is the basis of my practice. I help create the space for the person to come up with the best solution. I do use research-based strategies and tools in all of the sessions though.
Neuroscience, biology, traditional sport psychology, NLP and positive psychology are also huge influences on how I work with clients. All of those facets are rooted in research-based studies. It's a mistake to ignore the decades worth of studies done on the mind - body connection. I use these methods to help my clients understand WHY things might be happening.
The brain is a powerful tool. It can be your ally or your enemy. Understanding the biology behind why a person might be struggling with confidence, breaking a habit, or preparing to transition into a new career can be very helpful.

Book a free session. During our free 20 minute strategy session, we will talk about your current situation, roadblocks, failures and desires. We will also talk about how sessions are structured and what the expectations are on both sides of the coaching. It's a great way to get to know each other and to see if we are a good fit.
